A/C INPUT: Protected with magnetic type breaker

SYSTEM COMPONENTS: Insulated 4000 volts to ground

TRANSFORMER: Layer wound, 100,000 hour design practice used

RECTIFIER: Full wave silicon bridge

OUTPUT: D/C fused with 20 steps evenly divided 4 course and 5 fine taps

SURGE PROTECTION: (30,000 volts peak) on input and output.

CONTROL PANEL: Non-metallic engraved gray panel with clearly marked output terminals for polarity, fine and course transformer tap settings, meter and fuse

AMMETER: D'Arsonval taut band movement with repeatable 2% accuracy. Provided with Holloway shunt mounted on front panel. Shunt voltage and current are clearly identified on shunt body with the conversion formula engraved on the front panel.

COMPONENTS: Used at 30% of their commercial rating giving them a 200% over-design factor and resulting in long operational life.

ENCLOSURE: NEMA3R gray powder epoxy coated, pre-galvanized steel cabinet vented on top and bottom for adequate air circulation with slide out rack. Enclosure suitable for wall or post mounting.

JUNCTION BOX: Are accommodated inside our enclosures opposite the slide-out rack.
